摘要:
目的 探讨2 型糖尿病(T2DM)并发高血压患者血清胎球蛋白B(Fetuin B)的变化情况。方法 2018 年7 月~2019 年3 月中山大学附属中山医院内分泌科治疗的126 例T2MD 患者作为研究对象,分为T2DM 组和T2DM 并发高血压组,其中T2DM 组患者43 例,T2DM 并发高血压组83 例。选取同期健康体检者45 例作为对照组。分别检测Fetuin B 和Hcy 水平,对各组间的结果进行比较。结果 T2DM 并发高血压组Fetuin B(63.481±69.922 ng/ml)水平高于对照组(5.127±0.509 ng/ml)和T2DM 组(32.187±25.782 ng/ml);T2DM 并发高血压组Hcy(12.080±4.474μmol/L)的水平高于对照组(7.650±1.706μmol/L)和T2DM 组(10.230±4.470μmol/L)。二元logistic 回归分析:Fetuin B 和Hcy 是T2DM 并发高血压者的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。T2DM 并发高血压组Fetuin B 与Hcy 进行Spearsman 相关分析,结果显示Fetuin B 与Hcy 呈正相关(r=0.571,P=0.000)。结论 Fetuin B 参与了T2MD 并发高血压的发生、发展过程,检测Fetuin B 对T2MD 患者并发高血压有着重要的临床意义。
