摘要:
目的　探究多囊卵巢综合征 (polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS) 患者血清肌联素 (myonectin) 水平表达与多种生化代谢指标的相关性分析。方法　选取 2018 年 5 月 ~2019 年 11 月宝鸡市妇幼保健院收治的 55 例 PCOS 患者为观察组，另选取 58 例同期体检健康女性为对照组。收集两组的空腹血糖 (fasting blood glucose, FBG)、总胆固醇 (total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油 (triglyceride, TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterin, LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein, hs-CRP)、游离睾酮（freetestosterone, FT）、卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH）和促黄体生成素（luteinizing horuone, LH）等生化代谢指标。采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) 检测受试者血清中 Myonectin 的水平。结果　两组的 hs-CRP，FT 和 Myonectin水平差异均具有统计学意义 (t=0.43,11.6,13.6, 均 P ＜ 0.001)，且观察组的 hs-CRP 和 FT 水平高于对照组 (P< 0.05)，观察组的 Myonectin 为 10.40±4.18 ng/ml，显著高于对照组的 6.45±2.07 ng/ml。Myonectin 高、低表达组的 TC，LDL-C，HDL-C，hs-CRP，FSH，LH 和 FT 水平差异均无统计学意义 (t=1.714，0.504，0.108，0.667，0.374，0.674，0.527，均 P ＞ 0.05)，Myonectin 高、低表达组的 FBG 和 TG 水平差异具有统计学意义 (t=14.384，15.195，均 P ＜ 0.05)。Spearman 相关性分析，血清 Myonectin 水平与 FBG，TG 呈正相关关系 (r s 值分别为 0.074 和 0.681，P ＜ 0.05)。结论Myonectin 是 PCOS 的潜在生物学标记物，其与 FBG，TG 呈正相关关系。
