摘要:
目的 通过对湖南省内三所高校即将进入临床实习阶段的检验专业学生生物安全知识掌握情况的调查以及短期强化训练效果的评估,探讨是否有必要将《实验室生物安全》作为一门课程纳入高等检验医学本科教育。方法 采用问卷调查的方式对三所高校即将进入临床实习的检验医学本科学生进行生物安全知识水平测试,并对经过强化培训的学生与未经过培训学生进行多重比较。结果 三所大学即将进入实习的未经过生物安全培训的学生均缺乏生物安全意识和知识; 经过强化训练的学生短期内有明显的改善,与未进行强化训练的学生有显著性差异; 强化训练后立即测试结果与几个月后测试结果有显著性差异。结论 为了使学生牢固树立生物安全意识、掌握生物安全知识,适应工作的需要,《实验室生物安全》应作为一门必修课程纳入高等院校检验医学本科教育。
