摘要:
目的 分析碳青霉烯耐药非脱羧勒克菌(L.adecarboxylata)的耐药基因型。方法 Vitek II Compact鉴定细菌及药敏试验,PCR扩增碳青霉烯酶基因。结果 该株非脱羧勒克菌产IMP-1型碳青霉烯酶。结论 非脱羧勒克菌临床分离株较少见,此为首次自非脱羧勒克菌检出IMP-1型金属酶。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate thephenotype and genotype in a carbapenem resistant L.adecarboxylata strain.Methods Microbial identification and drug susceptibilitytest was done with VITEK II Compact.Carbapenemases genes were detected by PCRmethods.Results The strain of carbapenem resistant L.adecarboxylata produced IMP-1 carbapenemase.Conclusion L.adecarboxylata was found only rarely in the clinical isolates.This was the first Isolate of L.adecarboxylata producing IMP-1 metallo-beta-lactamase.
