摘要:
目的 比较榆林地区和商洛地区妇女感染HPV阳性率及感染型别分布,探讨不同地区HPV感染的差异及可能的原因,为宫颈癌防治提供参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2012年6月～2014年7月榆林市第二人民医院709例和商洛市中心医院937例妇科就诊者HPV的检测结果,比较HPV感染率、年龄及亚型分布。结果 商洛地区妇科就诊病人HPV感染率显著高于榆林地区。榆林地区HPV高危型别为HPV16,52和58; 商洛地区HPV高危型别是HPV16,58和66。榆林地区共检出22种HPV亚型,未检出45型; 商洛地区23种HPV亚型全部检出。结论 两地HPV感染率及单一、多重感染阳性率有明显差异,具体原因需要进一步探讨。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the HPV infection rate andhypotype distribution between Yulin and Shangluo area and discuss the difference and possible causes,in order to provide evidence based reference for cervicalcancer control.Methods Retrospectively analysed a HPV test results of 709 cases from Yulin Second People's Hospital and 937 from Shangluo Central Hospital between June 2012 to Julu 2014,comparing HIV infection rate,age and hypotype distribution.Results The HPV infection rate of Shangluo was obviously higher than Yulin.The high-risk hypotype was HPV 16,52,and58 in Yulin,and it was HPV16,58,66 in Shangluo.In yulin,22 HPV hypotype were identified and only 45 wasn't found.The single infection rate was 79.09% inYulin,and it was 50.53% in Shangluo.Conclusion Therewas obvious difference on HPV infection rate,single and multi-hypotype infection rate between Yulin and Shangluo area.The causes of the difference need further exploring.
