摘要:
目前 诸多研究认为糖尿病患者幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori.Hp)感染率较正常人群高,且Hp感染是糖尿病的重要发病机制之一,但Hp感染与2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)之间是否存在相关性仍然存在争议,该文从2型糖尿病患者中的Hp感染率及通过流行病学和讨论假定的机制来探讨Hp感染与2型糖尿病的关系,并对今后的相关研究进行了展望。
Abstract:
At present,many studies suggest that diabetes patients with Helicobacter pylori infection rate are rate higher than normalcrowd,and Hp infection is one of the important pathogenesis of diabetes.But whether Helicobacter pylori infection has a correlation with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are still controversial,this article will from the Hp infection rate in patients with T2DM and by epidemiological and putative mechanisms discusses the relationship between Hp infection and T2DM and for future related researchis discussed.
