摘要:
目的 分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)血气分析及肺功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析2015年8月~2016年10月收治的130例Hp感染阳性的COPD患者(Hp阳性组)和130例Hp感染阴性的COPD患者(Hp阴性组)为研究对象,比较两组患者的血气分析和肺功能情况。结果 血气分析结果显示Hp阳性组的血氧分压(PaO2)水平62.5±7.4 mmHg,血氧饱和度(SaO2)86.3%±9.6%,低于Hp阴性组78.6±10.2 mmHg,92.8%±2.9%,而Hp阳性组PaCO2的水平(56.3±10.6 mmHg)高于Hp阴性组(43.2±11.5 mmHg),差异均具有统计学意义(t=14.57,7.39,9.55,均P<0.01); 肺功能结果示Hp阳性组的第1 s最大呼气量(FEV1)1.56±0.48 L,第1 s用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)(52.8%±7.4%)及FEV1占预计值比值(FEV1/预计值)49.1%±6.2%测定低于HP阴性组(1.74±0.32 L,65.9%±5.3%,58.2%±5.6%),差异均具有统计学意义(t=3.56,12.42,16.41,均P<0.01)。结论 Hp感染与COPD关系密切,可能是参与并加重COPD疾病的重要因素。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the association between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 130 patients with Hp positive COPD(Hp positive group)and 130 patients with Hp negative COPD(Hp negative group)from August 2015 to October 2016.The patients in the two groups blood gas analysis and lung function.Results The blood oxygen pressure(PaO2)level 62.5±7.4 mmHg and the oxygen saturation(SaO2)86.3%±9.6% in the Hp positive group were lower than those inthe Hp negative group(78.6±10.2 mmHg,92.8%±2.9%),(43.3±10.6 mmHg)inHp positive group was significantly higher than that in Hp negative group(43.2±11.5 mmHg),the difference was statistically significant(t=14.57,7.39 and 9.55,all P<0.01),(FEV1/FVC)(FEV1/FVC)(FEV1/FVC)and FEV1 werethe highest in the Hp-positive group(FEV1)(1.56±0.48 L),the first forcedexpiratory force(1.74±0.32 L,65.9%±5.3% and 58.2%±5.6%),the difference was statistically significant(t=3.56,12.42,16.41,all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion Hp infection was closely related to COPD,which may bean important factor involved in and aggravate COPD disease.
