摘要:
目的 通过检测血清组织多肽特异性抗原(tissue polypeptide-specific antigen TPS)水平,分析其在肺癌、胃癌及相关性疾病鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法 选择2013年1月～2018年4月住院的肺癌患者122例,肺部感染患者100例,胃癌患者60例,慢性胃炎患者48例,并选择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,采用ELISA方法检测各组血清TPS水平,并对其含量及阳性率进行对比分析。结果 肺癌及肺部感染患者血清TPS表达水平(201.99±20.29 U/ml,191.34±24.57 U/ml)高于健康对照组(79.07±5.56 U/ml),差异有统计学意义(F=7.698,P<0.05); 胃癌组患者血清TPS水平(164.15±23.89 U/ml)高于胃炎组(99.76±11.17U/ml)和健康对照组(79.07±5.56 U/ml),差异有统计学意义(F=7.953,P<0.05)。结论 血清TPS在肺癌、胃癌患者的临床诊断中具有重要意义,并且在胃癌与胃炎的鉴别诊断中有重要价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of tissue polypeptide-specific antigen(TPS)in the lung cancer and gastric cancer,and explore its application value in diffidential diagnosis.Methods From January 2013 to April 2018,the patients were divideded into the lung cancer group with 122,the pulmonary infection group with 100 cases,chronic gastritis with 48 cases,gastric cancer with 60 cases and the healthy control groupwith 60 cases.The serum TPS was detected by ELISA,and compare the content andthe positive rate of the TPS in serum of each group of patients.Results The levels of TPS were significantly higher in the lung cancerand the pulmonary infection group(201.99±20.29 U/ml,191.34±24.57 U/ml)than that in the healthy control group(79.07±5.56 U/ml),the differences werestatistically significant(F=7.698,P<0.05).The levels of TPS in the gastric cancer(164.15±23.89 U/ml)were significantly higher in the chronic gastritis group(99.76±11.17 U/ml)and healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant(F=7.953,P<0.05).Conclusion TPS is of great significance in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer and gastric cancer,and it is also has valuable in the differential diagnosis of gastric cancer and gastritis.
