摘要:
目的分析xTAG脑脊液病毒多重检测试剂盒(cerebral spin al fluid viral panels，xTAG CSFVP)对成人疑似病毒性脑炎、脑膜炎病原体检测结果。方法收集2014年10月～2016年9月就诊于北京协和医院的115例疑似病 毒性脑炎或脑膜炎的成人患者脑脊液标本115例，使用xTAG CSFVP进行检测并对结果进行分 析。结果115例脑脊液标本中，有28例检测出病毒，阳性率为24.3 %，其中单纯疱疹病毒1型的检出率最高(7.8%)，水痘-带状疱疹病毒和EB病毒检出率次之( 均为6.1%)。共检出病毒30例，其中单一感染占92.86%(26/28)，混合感染占7.14%(2/28) 。xTAG CSFVP阳性和阴性患者的临床症状和脑脊液生化指标差异无统计学意义(均 P ＞0 .05)。结论成人病毒性脑炎脑膜炎患者xTAG 脑脊液病毒检出率最 多的病原体为单纯疱疹病毒1型，水痘-带状病毒和EB病毒，检出2例混合感染。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the detection results of a dult patients who were suspected viral encephalitis and meningitis using xTAG Ce rebral Spinal Fluid Viral Panels (xTAG CSFVP)．Methods 11 5 cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) samples from 115 adult patients，who were suspecte d viral encephalitis and meningitis，addmitted in Peking Union Medical College H ospital from October 2014 to September 2016，were collected．The nucleic acids o f CSF samples of the patients were screened by xTAG CSFVP and the results were a nalyzed．Results Among all 115 samples，28 could be detec ted viruses，and the positive rate was 24.3%．The detection rate of herpes simp lex virus 1(HSV-1) was the highest (7.8%)，followed by varicella zoster virus (VZV) and EB virus (EBV)(both 6.1%)．30 viruses could be detetected，of which t he proportion of single infections was 92.86% (26/28)，and the proportion of co- infection was 7.14% (2/28)．There was no statistically different in clinical ch aracteristics and CSF biochemical indicators between xTAG CSFVP positive and neg ative samples (all P >0.05)．Conclusion HSV-1，VZV a nd EBV were the most detected pathogens in adult patients who were suspected vir al encephalitis and meningitis screened by xTAG CSFVP，and 2 samples were co-in fections．
