摘要:
目的 探讨不同性别不同年龄少年儿童骨科疾病患者血清骨代谢标志物浓度变化,了解骨钙素及β-胶原特殊序列两项指标在少年儿童期受性别及年龄的影响程度。方法 选取2013年1月~2018年6月四川省骨科医院收治的少年儿童骨科疾病住院患者1 179例,年龄1~18岁。按性别及年龄分组,年龄段以每一岁为一个年龄段划分,分别测定血清骨钙素及β-胶原特殊序列浓度,并比较二者在相同年龄不同性别下的浓度差异以及相同性别不同年龄下的浓度变化趋势。结果 相同年龄不同性别比较,1~9岁和11岁时,男女骨钙素和β-胶原特殊序列浓度差异无统计学意义(t=0.0321.936,t=0.0461.307,P>0.05); 10岁时,女性骨钙素浓度高于男性(117.15±44.63 ng/ml vs 85.12±29.48 ng/ml),差异有统计学意义(t=2.508,P=0.017); 12~18岁时,男性骨钙素和β-胶原特殊序列浓度均明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(t=3.3187.986,t=3.3179.381,P<0.01)。另一方面,从变化趋势上看,血中骨钙素及β-胶原特殊序列浓度均随着年龄的增长前期呈上升趋势,二者浓度男性在12~13岁时达到峰值,女性在11岁时达到峰值,之后均逐渐下降。结论 少年儿童骨科疾病患者血清骨钙素及β-胶原特殊序列浓度受年龄及性别影响较大,随着年龄的增长,二者在血中的浓度变化趋势具有一致性,诊断和治疗时应充分考虑年龄和性别因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum bone metabolic markers in children with orthopedic diseases of different gender and ages, and understand the extent of osteocalcin and β-crosslaps in children affected by gender and age.Methods Extract sourcesfrom January 2013 to June 2018,which included 1 179 patients,age from 1~18 with orthopedic diseases admitted to Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital were selected and grouped according to gender and age.The age was divided into distinctive agegroups for every one year gap.The concentrations of serum osteocalcin and β-crosslaps were measured respectively.The concentration difference between them was compared under the same age and different gender.At the same time,the concentration change trends of the same gender and different ages were analyzed.Results At 1~9 years old and 11 years old,there was no significant difference in osteocalcin and β-crosslaps(t=0.0321.936,t=0.046~1.307,all P>0.05).At 10 years old,the female's osteocalcin concentration was higher than that in Male(117.15±44.63 ng/ml vs 85.12±29.48 ng/ml),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.508,P=0.017).At 12~18 years old,the concentrations of osteocalcin and β-crosslaps in male were significantly higher than that in female,the difference statistically significant(t=3.318~7.986,t=3.317~9.381,all P<0.01).On the otherhand,from the trend of change,the concentrations of osteocalcin and β-crosslaps increased with the increase of age.The concentrations of male peaked at 12~13 years old,female at 11 years old,and then both of them gradually decreased.Conclusion The concentrations of serum osteocalcinand β-crosslaps in children with orthopedic diseases was significantly affected by age and gender.With the increase of age,the trends of concentration change in blood were consistent,Therefore,age and gender should be fully consideredduring the diagnosis and treatment.
