摘要:
目的 观察鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)在帕金森病表达中的意义。方法 采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法测 定926 例帕金森病患者和776 例门诊保健体检者血清SCC-Ag 水平。结果 帕金森病患者中血清SCC-Ag 异常表达率明 显高于对照组(13.39% vs 2.45%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.330,P =0.000)。其中,男性异常表达率高于女性(9.50% vs 3.89%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.583,P =0.002)。71~80 岁组异常表达率高于51~60 岁组,61~70 岁组,81~90 岁组, 91~95 岁组(5.51% vs 0.97%,3.31%,3.67%,0.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.428,P =0.000)。 Hoehn-Yahr 5 期 异常表达率高于H-Y 1 期,H-Y 2 期,H-Y 3 期和H-Y 4 期(46.15% vs 1.30%,3.90%,17.92%,31.36%),差异有统 计学意义(χ2=90.957,P =0.000)。结论 SCC-Ag 对帕金森病辅助诊断、疾病严重程度有重要的临床意义。
Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the significance of SCC-Ag expression in Parkinson’s disease. Methods Serum SCCAg levels in 926 patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD) and 776 cases of out-patient physical examination were determined by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay. Results The abnormal expression rate of SCC-Ag in serum of PD group was significantly higher than that of the control group (13.39% vs 2.45%,χ2=65.330, P =0.000). Among them, the abnormal expression rate in men was higher than that in women,and the difference was statistically significant(9.50% vs 3.89%, χ2=9.583, P =0.002). The abnormal expression rate of the 71~80 age group was higher than that of the 51~60 age group, 61~70 age group , 81~90 age group , and 91~95 age group(5.51% vs 0.97%,3.31%,3.67%,0.11%), with statistically significant differences (χ2=32.428, P =0.000). The abnormal expression rate of hoehn-yahr in stage 5 was higher than that in stage 1, stage 2 , stage 3 and stage 4(46.15% vs 1.30%,3.90%,17.92%,31.36%), with statistically significant differences (χ2=90.957, P =0.000). Conclusion SCC-Ag plays an important role in the diagnosis and severity of Parkinson’s disease.
