摘要:
目的　调查泉州地区健康成人 UF5000 尿沉渣分析仪相关参数参考范围。方法　选取 2019 年 7 月 ~2020 年 1月于泉州市第一医院进行体检的健康成人 1 120 例随机新鲜中段尿液标本，在 UF5000 尿沉渣分析仪进行检测，记录红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（WBC）、上皮细胞（EC）、管型（CAST）和细菌（BACT）等结果。将标本按照不同性别、不同年龄组（青年组、中年组、老年组）进行划分，参考 CLSI C28-A3 文件的研究方法，建立泉州地区 UF5000 尿沉渣分析仪上述检测参数的参考范围。非参数检验用于不同性别、不同年龄组间的差异性比较。结果　参考范围：男性RBC：0.0~8.1 (/μl)，WBC：0.0~7.2 (/μl)，EC：0.0~3.3 (/μl)，CAST：0.0~0.70 (/μl)，BACT：0.0~44.8 (/μl)；女性RBC：0.0~12.9 (/μl)，WBC：0.0~13.1 (/μl)，EC：0.0~24.9 (/μl)，CAST：0.0~0.42 (/μl)，BACT：0.0~698.0 (/μl)。男女之间比较，各参数差异均有统计学意义（Z=-21.217~-2.982，均 P<0.05）。男性 RBC 各年龄组间比较、BACT 青年组和中年组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（Z=-4.720~-2.268，均 P<0.05）；女性 EC 和 BACT 各年龄组间比较、WBC 青年组和中年组、老年组间比较均有统计学意义（Z=-10.691~-2.649，P 均 <0.05）。结论　研究对 UF5000 尿沉渣分析仪的参考范围进行了调查，明确了不同性别、不同年龄的参考范围，为目前各地区调查 UF5000 尿沉渣分析仪相关参数参考范围提供了临床资料。
