摘要:
临床检验室内质量控制正确的质控方法对提高报告患者结果的质量水平是十分重要的。为了继续寻求更快捷简单的工具来帮助实验室选择适合于他们自己应用的正确的室内质控规则,Westgard最近推出了一种更新的室内质量控制规则设计工具。它比之前的工具更快捷且易使用,称之为“Westgard西格玛规则”。通过使用Westgard西格玛规则,实验室很容易得到正确的质控方法。该文介绍了经典的Westgard多规则、西格玛度量图的特点和用法,并重点说明了Westgard西格玛规则的运用方法和实践。该工具是经典Westgard多规则与西格玛度量图的结合,只要实验室确定他们试验和方法的西格玛(σ)水平,就能通过它直观的获得正确的质控规则和质控测定值个数。
Abstract:
The right internal quality control rules are really important for improving the quality of patient results report in clinical laboratory.In order to look for faster and simpler tools that will help laboratories select the right internal quality control rules for their own applications,recently Westgard introduced a newer tool “Westgard Sigma Rules” which is quicker and easier to use than previous tools.And it is very easy to figure out theright internal quality control rules by using Westgard Sigma Rules.This article introduced the characteristics and usage of original Westgard Rules and sigmametrics graph,and focusing on the application methods and practices of WestgardSigma Rules which is the combination of original Westgard Rules and sigma metrics graph.Once the sigma quality of the tests and methods in laboratories are calculated,the Westgard Sigma Rules diagram can make it easy to select the rightcontrol rules and the right number of control measurements.
