摘要:
荧光原位杂交(fluorescent in situ hybridization,FISH)技术在很多临床实验室已经成为一项常规技术了。它可以用于检测对传统细胞遗传学分析来说太小而不能识别,但是对于标准脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribonucleic acid,DNA)测序来说太大而不能检查的遗传畸变。如今,FISH不仅用于医学遗传学,也在很多其它领域包括神经科学、进化生物学、微生物学、病理学、毒理学和生殖遗传学内使用。FISH技术的迅速发展使得开展FISH的临床实验室对FISH的质量要求越来越高。该文对FISH的质量管理进行了具体描述,旨在提高实验室检测结果的准确度和可靠性,从而提高临床满意度并且改善病人预后。希望能够给开展FISH的临床实验室提供参考。
Abstract:
FISH technology has become a routine technique in many clinical laboratories.It can be used for the examination of genetic aberrations that are too small to visualize by conventional cytogenetic assays,buttoo large to detect by standard DNA sequencing.Today,FISH applications are used not only in medical genetics,but also in many other disciplines including neuroscience,evolutionary biology,microbiology,pathology,toxicology,and reproductive genetics.As FISH technology keep developing, the requirement of the results of FISH is increasingly high.This paper described the quality management for FISH detailedly,aimed at improving the accuracy and reliability of the result of FISH,satisfying the requirements of clinicians and patients and improvingthe healthcare quality and outcome of patients,hoping for providing some references for laboratories who develop FISH technology.
