摘要:
目的比较腹腔镜与内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术后患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)的变化。方法将2015年1月~4月100例胆石症患者按手术方式分为腹腔镜组50例和ERCP组50例,分别于术后24h对其血清进行CRP和PCT的测定,并对结果进行分析。结果腹腔镜组PCT水平(0.13±0.04 ng/ml)显著低于ERCP组(10.18±1.23 ng/ml)(P<0.01,t=3.347),CRP水平两组差异无显著性(P>0.05,t=1.433)。结论PCT在评价患者手术后创伤和感染的严重程度时较CRP具有更高的灵敏度和特异性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo compare the changes of CRP and PCT levels after ERCP and laparoscopic operation.MethodsAccording to the operation mode the cholelithiasis,100 cases of cholelithiasis were divided into 50 cases of laparoscopic group and 50 cases of ERCP group from January to April of 2015,serum CRP and PCT after 24h for determination were analyzed respectively.ResultsThe levels of PCT of laparoscopic group (0.13+0.04 ng/ml) was significantly lower than that of ERCP group (10.18±1.23 ng/ml)(P<0.01,t=3.347),the difference of CRP levels between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05,t=1.433).ConclusionIn the evaluation of the severity of trauma and infection after surgery in patients PCT has higher sensitivity and specificity than CRP.
