摘要:
结核感染T细胞斑点试验(tuberculosis infected T cellsdetection,T-SPOT.TB)在检测结核分枝杆菌方面,具有无创快速及较高特异度及高敏感度特点,其与其他检测项目联合检测结核性胸腔积液较单项检测项目的特异度和敏感度更高; T-SOPT.TB是一种主要结核分枝杆菌辅助诊断技术,在大型医院推广迅速。
Abstract:
Tuberculosis infected T cells detection(T-SPOT.TB)is a rapid,noninvasive,highly sensitive and specific test for Tuberculosis.Moreover,T-SPOT.TB combined with other tests could be more sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion.T-SPOT.TB is a primary lab test which is being widely used in large general hospital of China in helping for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
