摘要:
目的 探讨血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]与尿微量蛋白系列的联合应用对糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断的价值。方法 选取271例2型糖尿病患者,按照尿微量清蛋白(MAlb)/肌酐(Cr)比值进行分组,另选取60例对照,比较各组25-(OH)D3与尿微量蛋白系列的差异,对不同检测指标单独及联合应用检测糖尿病肾病进行ROC曲线分析。结果 在糖尿病肾病患者中,25-羟维生素D3及尿微量蛋白系列与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(F=22.04,χ2=71.54~202.21,P<0.05)。联合血清25-(OH)D3及尿微量蛋白三项指标与单一使用尿MAlb相比可以显著提高糖尿病肾病早期检测敏感度(χ2=3.892,P=0.049),敏感度高达94.2%。结论 血清25-(OH)D3及尿微量蛋白系列的联合应用可以显著提高糖尿病肾病早期检测的敏感度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of joint application of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] and urine microprotein series on early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Selected 271 subjects of type 2 diabetes(T2DM),and the subjects were grouped according to the ratio of urine MAlb/Cr.Selected another 60 subjects as controls,compared the differences of [25-(OH)D3] with urine microprotein series among different groups.Perform ROC curve analysis on different measurements with single use and joint application for diabetic DN.Results Among subjects of DN,there were significant differences of [25-(OH)D3] and urine microprotein series comparing to control group(F=22.04,χ2=71.54~202.21,P<0.05).Compared to the single use of MAlb,joint applicationof serum [25-(OH)D3] and urine microprotein series 3 measurements could significantly improve the sensitivity of early diagnosis of DN(χ2=3.892,P=0.049),the sensitivity of which was as high as 94.2%.Conclusion The joint application of serum [25-(OH)D3] and urine microprotein series could significantly improve the sensitivity of early diagnosis of DN.
