摘要:
腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)是在机体免疫反应的调控过程中发挥重要作用的一种酶。血清ADA水平的改变与一些自身免疫性疾病相关,国外多个研究认为系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病患者血清ADA活性水平较健康对照有所升高(P<0.05)。许多研究认为血清ADA水平的升高与自身免疫性疾病的病情有一定相关性,但仍然存有争议。为探索血清ADA活性检测是否有助于自身免疫性疾病的诊断和病情监测,该文对血清ADA检测在几种自身免疫性疾病诊断中的应用研究进展作以综述。
Abstract:
Adenosine deaminase(ADA)plays an important role in the regulation of normal immune system.The altered activity of serum ADA could associate with some autoimmune diseases(AID).Various studies abroad have found the elevated activity of serum ADA compared with healthy controls in many kinds of AID such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),rheumatoid arthritis(RA),et al(P<0.05).Many studies foused on the correlationof altered activity of serum ADA with the disease severity,but there is stillcontroversy.To explore the diagnostic value of serum ADA in AID,make a review about the application research progress of ADA in several AID.
