摘要:
目的使用六西格玛(6σ)质量管理理论对部分内分泌类项 目进行精益管理。方法允许总误差(TEa)源于各项目的2018年卫生 部临床检验中心室间质量评价标准,偏差(Bias%)源于2018年第一次全国内分泌类项目室间 质评成绩,变异系数( CV %)源于实验室开展室内质控的统计结果,根据σ =(TEa%-Bias %)/ CV %计算各项目的σ值并绘制标准化的性能决定图,对σ值<4的项目进行精益管 理和比较纠正前后σ值的变化。结果评估的13个项目中σ值>6的 项目2个(15.38%)、σ值介于5~6之间的项目1个(7.69%)、σ值介于4~5之间的项目4个(3 0.77%)、σ值<4的项目6个(46.15%),对σ值<4以下的项目进行原因分析、纠 正措施等精益管理,纠正后TT 3σ值升至4.6,其余均达到5以上。结论临床检验工作中可以使用6σ质量管理理论指导质量控制方案的设计,对内分泌类项 目进行精益管理。
Abstract:
Objective To conduct lean management of some en docrine projects by using six sigma (6σ) quality management theory. Methods Total error allowance (TEa) was derived from the standards o f external quality assurance (EQA) issued by National Center for Clinical Labora tories (NCCL) in 2018,Bias% was derived from the outcome of the first endocrine EQA programs organized by NCCL,and the coefficient of variation ( CV %) was deri ved from the statistical results of laboratory internal quality control (IQC).Calculated the σ values for each item and drew a standardized performance determination graph according to the formula σ=(TEa%-Bias%)/ CV %,made a lean management and compared the changes of σ values before and after the correction with the original item σ<4.Results For the 13 items screened,there were 2 items with σ>6 (15.38%),1 item with 6>σ>5 (7.69%),4 items with 5>σ>4 (30.77%),6 items with σ<4 (46.15%).After lean management such as cause analysis and corrective actions for items with the σ value less than 4,TT 3σ value rose to 4.6,and the others reached above 5.Conc lusion The 6σ theory can be used to guide the design of the qualit y control process and lean management of inspection items.
