摘要:
目的 探讨血清拉曼光谱检测技术在支原体肺炎儿童与健康儿童的差异性。方法 收集商洛市中心医院2017年4~12月收治的支原体肺炎患儿血清100例作为实验组,选取同期健康儿童的血清100例作为对照组,使用全自动显微拉曼系统检测两组血清的拉曼光谱信号,对差异性进行分析。结果 与对照组相比,实验组血清在位移1 653.34 cm-1处拉曼光谱峰发生了减弱,差异有统计学意义(t=2.137,P<0.05),在位移1 152.93和1 515.33 cm-1处拉曼光谱峰得到了增强,差异有统计学意义(t=2.027和2.028,均P<0.05)。结论 初步研究表明支原体肺炎儿童与健康儿童血清拉曼光谱信号存在差异。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the difference of serum Raman spectroscopy in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and healthy children.Methods The serum in 100 cases of children with MPP from April to December 2017 in the Shangluo Central Hospital were selected as experimental group,and 100 cases of healthy children's serum were selected as the control group.The Raman spectral signals from two groups of serum were detected using a fully automated micro Raman system,and the data wasanalyzed.Results Compared with control group,the experimental group children showed lower levels of the intensities at 1 653.34 cm-1(t=2.137,P<0.05),respectively,but higher levels of the intensitiesat 1 152.93 and 1 515.33 cm-1(t=2.027,2.028,all P<0.05).Conclusion This preliminary studies demonstrated that there was a difference in serum Raman spectral signals between children with MPP and healthy children.
