摘要:
目的 研究瘦素(Leptin)在支气管肺癌患者血清和肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 118 例肺癌患者( 肺癌组) 和24 例正常人( 对照组) 的血清Leptin 水平采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定,118 例手术切除的肺癌标本及24例正常肺组织中的Leptin 表达情况采用免疫组织化学SP 法检测。结果 肺癌组患者血清瘦素(3.6±1.5μg/L) 水平显著高于对照组(1.6±0.7μg/L),差异有统计学意义(t=3.485,P=0.002)。肺癌患者肺组织中瘦素表达的阳性率为75.42%(89/118),正常肺组织瘦素表达的阳性率为25.0%(6/24),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性肺癌患者瘦素的表达阳性率为95.0%(57/60),女性为55.17%(32/58),两者相比差异有统计学意义(t=25.237,P=0.000)。支气管肺癌患者的年龄、病理类型对Leptin 表达阳性率的影响无显著性差异(χ2=0.095,0.013,均P > 0.05)。肺癌患者的组织分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移对Leptin 表达阳性率的影响有显著性统计学差异(χ2=7.249,P<0.05)。吸烟指数≥ 400 的肺癌患者瘦素表达阳性率68.54%(61/89),吸烟指数< 400 的患者为31.46%(28/89),两者相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.44,P=0.000)。结论 肺癌患者的血清Leptin 水平显著高于正常人的血清Leptin 水平。支气管肺癌组织中Leptin 蛋白高表达,Leptin 的表达与肺癌患者的年龄、病理类型无关,与肺癌患者性别、组织的分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、吸烟指数密切相关。
