摘要:
体内嘌呤代谢紊乱会引起高尿酸血症 (hyperuricemia, HUA)。目前,越来越多的证据表明,高尿酸血症不仅与痛风相关 ,还与心、肾、神经和免疫等多个系统有一定的联系,不同程度地影响着患者的健康。该文探讨了高尿酸血症与多系统疾病之间的最新进展,以提高临床工作者对高尿酸血症及血尿酸的认识。
