摘要:
目的 分析四川西部地区表观健康藏族成年人群血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)的水平,建立该人群Hcy 的参考区间。方法 纳入2022 年1 ~ 12 月在三六三医院体检的四川西部地区表观健康藏族成年人2 668 例,检测Hcy 水平,按性别和年龄分组,使用Mann-Whitney U 检验分析性别间差异,Kruskal-Wallis H 检验分析各年龄段的组间差异,将各组间差异无统计学意义的数据合并后,以百分位数法建立参考区间。结果 该人群Hcy 水平呈正偏态分布(S=0.946,K=1.55),其水平随年龄增加而升高,且男性高于女性(U= 3 759.00 ~ 32 576.00,均P < 0.05)。男性18 ~ 60,60 ~ 70 和> 70 岁的参考区间分别为≤ 15.60μmol/L, ≤ 16.88μmol/L 和≤ 18.06μmol/L。女性18 ~ 30,30 ~ 50,50 ~ 60,60 ~ 70 和> 70 岁参考区间分别为≤ 13.07μmol/ L,≤ 12.04μmol/ L,≤ 12.87μmol/ L,≤ 15.01μmol/ L 和≤ 16.53μmol/L。结论 四川西部地区表观健康藏族成年人群Hcy 水平受性别和年龄影响,有必要建立适宜当地的参考区间,为心脑血管疾病的诊断及预后提供更精准的参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the level of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in apparently healthy Tibetan adults in western Sichuan province was analyzed, and the reference interval of Hcy in this population was established. Methods A total of 2 668 cases of apparent healthy Tibetan adults in western Sichuan province who were examined at the Physical Examination Center of Genertec 363 Hospital in January to December 2022 were included. Hcy levels were tested,group by sex and age, the Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the sex differences, and the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to analyze the groups of different age groups, and the data with no statistical difference between the groups were combined to establish the reference interval by percentile method. Results The Hcy data in this population were positively skewed distribution (S=0.946, K=1.55), and the level of Hcy increased with age, and the Hcy levels in men were higher than women, and the differences were statistically significant (U=3 759.00 ~ 32 576.00, all P < 0.05). The reference intervals for males 18~60, 60 ~ 70, and > 70 years old were ≤ 15.60, ≤ 16.88, and ≤ 18.06μmol/L, respectively. The reference intervals for women aged 18 ~ 30, 30 ~ 50, 50 ~ 60, 60 ~ 70 and > 70 years old were ≤ 13.07, ≤ 12.04, ≤ 12.87, ≤ 15.01, and ≤ 16.53μmol/L, respectively. Conclusion The Hcy level of apparently healthy Tibetan adult population in western Sichuan province was affected by gender and age, so it is necessary to establish a suitable local reference interval to provide a more accurate reference basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
