摘要:
目的探讨不同浓度胆红素对血浆凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)和纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)检测结果的影响。方法以质控血浆为对照组,加入不同浓度胆红素的质控血浆为实验组(A,B,C,D,E),分别测定PT,APTT,TT和FIB,分别比较实验组与对照组间的检测结果,并通过二项回归方程得出校正公式。结果当胆红素浓度低于17.20 μmol/L时,对血浆PT和APTT检测结果的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当胆红素浓度低于34.30 μmol/L时,对血浆TT检测结果的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同浓度胆红素对血浆FIB检测结果的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着胆红素浓度的升高,PT,APTT和TT的检测结果随之降低。结论血浆胆红素浓度轻度升高对ACL TOP700检测PT,APTT和TT结果影响不大,但血浆胆红素浓度明显升高可能会导致PT,APTT和TT结果降低;不同浓度血浆胆红素对ACL TOP700检测FIB的结果没有影响。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of different concentrations of total bilirubin on the detection results of plasma prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time and fibrinogen .MethodsThe quality control plasma as the control group,with different concentrations of bilirubin in the quality control plasma as experimental groups (A,B,C,D,E),were detected PT,APTT,TT and FIB,comparisons between the experimental group and the control group,the quadratic regression equation was adopted to obtain the corrected formula.ResultsWhen the TBIL concentration was lower than 17.20 μmol/L,the influence on the detection results of plasma PT and APTT had no statistical significance (P>0.05).When the TBIL concentration was lower than 34.30 μmol/L,the influence on the detection results of plasma TT had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The effect of different concentrations of TBIL on the detection results of plasma FIB had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The detection results of plasma PT,APTT and TT were decreased with the TBIL concentration increase.ConclusionSlightly increased plasma TBIL concentrations detected on the ACL TOP700 PT,APTT and TT has little effect on the results,but significantly increased plasma TBIL concentrations may result in reduced PT,APTT and TT results different concentrations of plasma bilirubin has no effect on the results of the ACL TOP700 detection of FIB.
