摘要:
目的 研究主要评估白细胞介素6-174C/G及-572C/G基因多态性与高血压患病的相关性。方法 通过以白细胞介素6、高血压、多态性为关键词/摘要,检索中国知网、万方数据库,以英文interleukin-6,polymorphism,IL-6,hypertension,high blood pressure为关键词/摘要,检索PubMed,Web of Science,Google scholar外文数据库,采用随机效应模型合并比值比进行统计。结果 该meta分析共计纳入6篇研究,包含1 041例高血压患者与1 088例健康志愿者,其中-174C/G基因多态性与高血压无显著差异(C vs G:OR=0.50,95% CI=0.22~1.14,P=0.10),且对亚洲人种进行亚组分析时,所有结果与高血压患病率差异无统计学意义(C vs G:OR=0.75,95%CI=0.41~1.38,P=0.36)。-572C/G基因多态性meta分析结果表明,其与高血压患病在亚洲人群中易感性亦无相关关系(C vs G:OR=0.76,95%CI=0.51~1.15,P=0.20)。结论 白细胞介素6-174C/G及-572C/G基因多态性与增加亚洲人群高血压易感性之间无相关性。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the association of interleukin-6(IL-6)-174C/G and -572C/G gene polymorphisms with hypertension risk.Methods The electronic databases,such as Pubmed,Web ofScience,Google scholar,China National Knowledge Infrastrure and Wanfang database were searched by the interleukin-6,polymorphism,IL-6,hypertension,highblood pressure as the keywords/abstract.Random effect model was used to calculate the pooled odds ratio.Results The meta-analysis included 6 studies with 1 041 hypertension cases and 1 088 health subjects,which was no significant association between IL-6-174C/G gene polymorphism and hypertension(C vs G:OR=0.50,95%CI=0.22~1.14,P=0.10),and in the stratified analysis by ethnicity,no significant was found in Asian subgroup(C vs G:OR=0.75,95%CI=0.41~1.38,P=0.36).There was also no association between IL-6-572C/G gene polymorphism and hypertension in Asian(C vs G:OR=0.76,95%CI=0.51~1.15,P=0.20).Conclusion The IL-6-174C/G and -572C/G gene polymorphisms were suggested to be no related tothe increased risk of hypertension in Asian.
