摘要:
目的 分析福州市公交司机血糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)和血脂四项(CHOL,TRIG,HDL-C和LDL-C)的水平,为制定合理健康的管理措施提供依据。方法 收集2013年来南京军区福州总医院健康体检的3 877位公交司机(男性3522例,女性355例)的晨起空腹静脉血清,采用OLYMPUS AU640全自动生化分析仪进行GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIG,HDL-C和LDL-C的检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果男性司机的GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIG和LDL-C的平均值(5.39±1.23 μmol/L,361.9±73.9 μmol/L,4.79±0.89 mmol/L,1.68±1.20 mmol/L和2.75±0.79 mmol/L)均高于女性(5.05±0.89 μmol/L,266.6±55.60 μmol/L,4.60±0.80 mmol/L,1.13±1.07 mmol/L和2.47±0.73 mmol/L),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在4个年龄层上(<30,31～40,41～50和>50岁),男性的GLU,CHOL,TRIG和LDL-C的平均值均随着年龄的增加而升高,高年龄组与<30岁年龄组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性UA随着年龄的增加而减低,HDL-C随着年龄的增加基本不变。结论 高血糖、高血脂和高尿酸已成为公交车司机健康的主要威胁; 该职业人群的健康问题应引起高度重视。
Abstract:
Objective To observe and analyse the levels ofserum glucose,uric acid and lipid profile in bus drivers in Fuzhou City and provide the necessary information for the reasonable health management of bus drivers.Methods Serum from 3 877 bus drivers of Fuzhou City(3 522 males and 355 females)were collected and detected for the concentrationsof serum glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TRIG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Statistical analysis was performed to compare the results.Results The levels and abnormal rates of GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIGand LDL-C of male drivers were significantly higher than that of female drivers(P<0.05).The levels of GLU,CHOL,TRIG and LDL-C of male drivers increased along with the growth of age.And statistical differences were observed among the four groups(<30,31～40,41～50 and >50 years old).The level of UA of maledrivers decreased with age while HDL-C invariable.Conclusion The levels of GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIG,HDL-C and LDL-C of male drivers varied and more severe than the female drivers.
