摘要:
目的 探讨血必净干预对水下爆炸致兔急性肺损伤肿瘤坏死 因子(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(neutrophil ela stase,NE)在血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(broncho alveoloar lavage fluid,BALF)中表达的 影响。方法 将20只实验兔随机分为爆炸损伤组和血必净治疗组,以 水下爆炸装置对实验兔造成急性肺损伤,爆炸后24 h测定血清和BALF中的TNF-α和NE含量 。结果 血必净治疗组血清(353.30±166.86 ng/L)TNF-α浓度与 爆炸损伤组(552.30±169.64 ng/L)相比显著下降(t=2.645,P=0.016)。血必净治 疗组NE在血清中的表达(63.40±36.09 ng/ml)显著低于爆炸损伤组(97.60±36.20 ng/m l;t=2.116,P=0.049);在BALF的表达(102.10±9.50 ng/ml)也低于爆炸损伤组(1 36.70±13.60 ng/ml;t=6.593,P=0.000)。结论 血必净 干预治疗能够显著降低水下爆炸致兔急性肺损伤血清TNF-α水平以及NE在血清和BALF中的 浓度。
Abstract:
Objective The concentration of NE and TNF-α w as detected for elucidating the change of them in sera and bronchoalveolar lavag e fluid (BALF) of rabbits with acute lung injury interposed by XueBiJing therapy in underwater explosion.Methods Underwater explosion de cive was applied to cause acute lung injury of rabbits.The 20 rabbits were rand omly divided into two groups which were injury group and XueBiJing therapy group ,respectively.The concentration of NE and TNF-α in sera and BALF were detect ed by ELISA method in 24 hours after bursting.Results Th e concentration of TNF-α in sera (353.30±166.86 ng/L) of rabbits in therapy group were significantly lower than those in injury group (552.30±169.64 ng/ L;t=2.645,P=0.016).The concentration of NE in sera (63.40±36.09 ng/m l) were lower than that of rabbits in injury group (97.60±36.20 ng/ml;t=2 .116,P=0.049).At the same time the concentration of NE in BALF (102.10±9 .50 ng/ml) of rabbits in therapy group were significantly lower than those in i njury group (136.70±13.60 ng/ml;t=6.593,P=0.000).Conclusi on The expression of TNF-α in sera and NE in sera and BALF in rabb its with acute lung injury interposed by XueBiJing in underwater explosion were lower than those of injury group.
