摘要:
目的 分析影响结核分枝杆菌特异性细胞免疫反应(TB-IGRA)检测结果的各种因素。方法 采用国产试剂盒及方法,选择临床标本进行实验分析和比较,获得各影响因素结果。结果 人员操作、机体免疫、药物等方面的因素,均会对TB-IGRA检测结果产生影响。结论 TB-IGRA检测受多种因素影响,规范操作和全面分析原因可提高检测准确性。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of various factors on TB-IGRA detection results.Methods Clinicalspecimens were selected for experimental analysis and comparison with domestickits to obtain the results of influencing factors. Results TB-IGRA detection results were influenced by the factors such as personnel operation,immunity,and drugs,etc. Conclusion There were a variety of influencing factors on TB-IGRA detection.Thus,standard operation and comprehensive analysis of the causes can be used to improve the detection accuracy.
