摘要:
目的 探讨攀枝花地区成年健康体检人群红细胞指数及体积分布宽度的生物参考区间,为临床诊疗提供更切合实际的依据。方法 回顾性分析2017年6~9月全自动血液分析仪检测的健康体检全血6 314例,随机抽取符合要求的健康体检人群864例,其中男性430例,女性434例,按性别和年龄分组,以均数±标准差((-overx)±s)表示健康体检人群的结果,男女间采用两大样本均数比较的u检验,三个年龄组间的两两比较采用q检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。生物参考区间采用(-overx)±1.96s同时与相关标准比较,并验证新建立的参考区间。结果 攀枝花地区健康成年人红细胞指数(MCV,MCH,MCHC)及红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)的生物参考区间男女无差别:MCV:81±10Pg,MCH:29.5±3.5Pg,MCHC:324.5±17.5g/L,RDW-SD:43.5±5.5,RDW-CV:13.5±2.0; 但男性同一参数不同年龄组间个别指标存在差异,而女性同一参数(除A与B组比较MCV略有差异外)不同年龄组间差异无统计学意义,新建的生物参考区间与相关标准有差异。结论 不同地区人群红细胞指数及体积分布宽度的生物参考区间存在差异,因此建立适合攀枝花地区的生物参考区间很有必要。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the biological reference range of erythrocyte index and volume distribution width of adult healthy peoplein Panzhihua area and to provide a more practical basis for clinical diagnosisand treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was madeon 6 314 healthy people who were examined by automatic blood analyzer from Juneto September 2017.864 healthy people were randomly selected,including 434 males and 430 females,who were divided into two groups according to sex and age.The mean((-overx)±s)was used to represent the results of the healthy physical examination population.The u test was used to compare the average number of the two samples between men and women,and the q test was used for thedifference between the three age groups(P<0.05).Scientific meaning the biological reference interval((-overx)±1.96s)was also compared with the related standards,and the newly established reference interval was verified.Results In Panzhihua area,there was no difference between male and female in the biological reference range of red blood cell index(MCV)and erythrocyte volume distribution width(RDW)in healthy adults:MCV:81±10 pg:MCH:29.5±3.5 pg,MCHC:324.5±17.5 g/L,RDW-SD:43.5±5.5,RDW-CVR:13.5±2.0.However,there was no statistical significance between different age groups for the same parameter(except MCV in group A and B),new biological reference intervals differ from related criteria.Conclusion There was differences in the biological reference ranges of erythrocyte indexand volume distribution width in different population groups,therefore,it is necessary to establish a biological reference range suitable for Panzhihua region.
