摘要:
目的 探讨可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)作为新炎症标志物在青少年肥胖患者中的作用。方法 招募120例年龄在12~17岁之间的青少年入组,肥胖青少年60例为试验组,健康青少年60例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清瘦素、脂联素,suPAR,IL-6和纤维蛋白原。结果试验组青少年的suPAR,瘦素、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及纤维蛋白原水平均明显高于对照组(t=4.31912.398,P<0.05); 试验组血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组(t=3.664,P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示血清suPAR区分肥胖青少年与对照组的ROC曲线下面积为0.85,显著大于脂联素及IL-6(Z=2.655,2.030,P<0.05),小于瘦素(Z=2.012,P<0.05)。血清suPAR区分肥胖青少年与对照组的最佳临界值为4.53 μg/ml,对应的敏感度为67%,特异度为90%。结论 青少年肥胖患者血清suPAR显著升高,其可能成为肥胖相关的全身亚临床炎症反应及免疫激活的新型生物标志物。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the role of suPAR in adolescent obesity.Methods Total of 120 participants,60 obese individuals and 60 healthy controls,aged between 10 and 17 year,were included in the study.Serum suPAR,IL-6,leptin and adiponectin were measured usingELISA method.Results Serum suPAR,IL-6,fbrinogen,hsCRPand leptin levels in obese individuals were significantly higher than those ofcontrols(t=4.319~12.398,all P<0.05).Serum adiponectin levels in obese individuals were signifcantly lower than those of controls(t=3.664,P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of suPAR was higher than that of adiponectin and IL-6(Z=2.655 and 2.030,all P<0.05),and lower than that of leptin(Z=2.012,P<0.05).The sensitivity and the specificity were 67% and 90% respectively while the cut-off values were 4.53 μg/ml.Conclusion Serum suPAR was signifcantly higher in the obese individuals thanthose of controls.SuPAR may be a good novel biomarker for systemic subclinicalin ammation and immune activation linked to adolescent obesity.
