摘要:
目的 探讨诱导痰半乳糖凝集素 -3 结合蛋白(Galectin-3BP)及相关炎症因子水平检测在中性粒细胞型哮喘诊断中的价值。方法 选择 2018 年 10 月 ~2019 年 6 月江汉大学附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的 65 例哮喘患者为研究对象,其中中性粒细胞型哮喘组(NA)27 例,嗜酸粒细胞型哮喘组 (EA)38 例,ELISA 法检测两组患者诱导痰Galectin-3BP 的表达水平,并分析 Galectin-3BP 与诱导痰炎症细胞及炎症因子的相关性。结果 NA 组诱导痰 Galectin-3BP 水平与 EA 组比较 (102.86 ±24.08ng/ml vs 64.02 ±18.93ng/ml),差异有统计学意义(t= 47.314,P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示诱导痰 Galectin-3BP 与 IL-1β,IL-6 和 IL-8 均呈正相关(r=0.670,0.632 和 0.651, 均 P<0.001),与诱导痰中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞及淋巴细胞数均呈正相关(r=0.475,0.461 和 0.454, 均 P<0.05),与嗜酸性粒细胞数无明显相关性 (r=-0.219, P>0.05)。结论 诱导痰 Galectin-3BP 在 NA 患者中高表达,且与中性粒细胞相关炎症因子呈正相关,可作为 NA 的生物标志物。
