摘要:
目的 探讨重度乳糜血标本对比色终点法、速率法以及透射比浊法三种常见类型生化检测方法所造成影响的差别。方法 选取外观正常的混合血清标本20份,每份分成A,B,C,D,E,F和G 7个1 ml血清的实验组与1个对照组,实验组从A~G依次加入脂肪乳液10,20,40,80,160,320 μl和640 μl配制成浊度呈递增式的模拟乳糜血清标本。各血清均进行以葡萄糖(Glu)、尿酸(UA)、总胆红素(TBil)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)作为代表的比色终点法、速率法以及透射比浊法三种常见反应类型生化项目的检测,各实验组换算后结果与对照组分别进行配对t检验。结果 透射比浊法中三个生化项目所有实验组与对照组差异均有统计学意义(t=-2.84229.465,P值均<0.05)。比色终点法中除了Glu实验组A组与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=1.875,P=0.068>0.05)外,其它实验组与对照组差异均有统计学意义(t=-34.94213.884,P值均<0.05)。速率法中除了GGT实验组B,C组与对照组差异有统计学意义(t=2.234和5.006,P值均<0.05)外,其它可检测的实验组与对照组差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.5321.619,P值均>0.05)。结论 三种常见类型生化检测方法中乳糜血标本对比色终点法和透射比浊法影响较大,对速率法影响相对较小。
Abstract:
Objective Aim to explore how severe chyle blood serum effects on the End-point method of colorimetry,velocitymethod,immunological transmission turbidimetry(TIA)three types of common biochemical tests and their different influences.Methods Collected 20 normal appearance serums,divided each pooled serum into A,B,C,D,E,F and G 7 experimental groups and one control group.Each group contented for1ml serum.Added intralipid 10,20,40,80,160 μl and 320 μl to the experimental groups from A to G in turn to prepare into different concentrations of simulate chylous samples.Tested each group by the End-point method of colorimetry,velocity method and TIA which represented by Glucose(Glu),uric acid(UA),Total bilirubin(TBil),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),Apolipoprotein A1(apoA1)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG).Used pairT test for both experimental group and their control group.ResultsIn terms of TIA,there were statistical differences between all the experimental groups and their control groups in the three projects(t=-2.84229.465,P<0.05).In terms of the End-point method of colorimetry,therewere statistical differences between all the experimental groups and their control groups(t=-34.94213.884,P<0.05)except for A group in Glu experiment(t=1.875,P=0.068>0.05).In terms of velocity method,there were no statistical differences between all the experimental groups and their controlgroups(t=-1.5321.619,P>0.05)except for the B and C groups in GGT experiment(t=2.234&5.006,P<0.05).Conclusion Severe chyle blood serum had significant influence on the End-point method of colorimetry and TIA,as well as less influence on velocity method.
