摘要:
目的 探讨血清HE4及CA125在卵巢良恶性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 采用电化学发光免疫法对49例卵巢癌患者、55例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及60例正常对照者血清HE4及CA125水平进行了检测。结果 卵巢癌组血清HE4及CA125水平显著高于良性病变组及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); 良性病变组与正常对照组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); HE4的ROC曲线下面积(0.935)要大于CA125(0.913),根据ROC曲线确定最佳诊断界值,HE4诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度(89.8%)及特异度(89.9%)均高于CA125(85.7%,86.2%); HE4联合CA125的灵敏度及特异度分别为95.2%和84.6%。结论 HE4可作为诊断卵巢癌的血清特异标志物,其对卵巢癌的诊断价值要优于CA125; 联合CA125可进一步提高卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断率。
