摘要:
目的 探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)的临床意义。方法 选取2013年1月～2014年12月期间长海医院收治的54例MG患者及体检的57名健康成人归为MG组及对照组。比较两组及不同临床分型MG患者的WBC计数、NLR及PLR,通过受试者工作曲线(ROC)曲线下的面积评价各指标对MG的诊断价值。结果 MG组的WBC计数、NLR及PLR分别为(6.85±0.37)×109/L,2.48±0.19和118.79±6.38,显著高于对照组(5.87±0.12)×109/L,1.59±0.06和102.01±3.45(P<0.05)。WBC计数、NLR及PLR的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.559,0.717和0.581。Ⅲ或Ⅳ型的PLR显著高于Ⅰ型,Ⅱ型(P<0.05)。结论 MG患者的NLR和PLR均显著升高,NLR的诊断价值更高,PLR可能与疾病严重程度有关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of neutrophils/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)ofperipheral blood in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods54 patients with MG treating from January 2013 to December 2013 in Changhai hospital and 57 healthy adults who received check-up were enrolled the study as MG group and control group.WBC count,NLR and PLR were compared betweentwo groups and among different clinical classifications in MG patients.The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was performed to evaluate these indicators' diagnostic value for MG.Results The WBC count,NLR and PLR in MG group were(6.85±0.37)×109/L,2.48±0.19and 118.79±6.38 respectively,which were significantly higher than(5.87±0.12)×109/L,1.59±0.06 and 102.01±3.45 in control group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of WBC count,NLR and PLR were 0.559,0.717 and0.581 respectively.PLR of MG patients with type Ⅲ or Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of patients with typeⅠ,Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR and PLR of MG patients increased significantly.The diagnosticvalue of NLR is higher,and PLR may be associated with the severity of disease.
