摘要:
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)中的诊断价值。方法 收集45例RA患者和28例健康体检者(HV)血清,采用免疫比浊法检测血清类风湿因子(RF)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量,魏氏法检测红细胞沉降率(ESR),ELISA法检测MMP-9含量; Pearson相关分析MMP-9与RF,hs-CRP及ESR相关性。结果 RA患者血清RF,ESR,hs-CRP和MMP-9均显著高于HV组(t=3.93~5.96,P值均<0.001); RF高滴度组MMP-9显著高于低滴度组(t=2.10,P<0.05),且高炎症组显著高于低炎症组(t=2.08,P<0.05); 同时RA患者血清MMP-9与RF,ESR及hs-CRP均呈正相关(r=0.30~0.47,P值均<0.05)。结论 MMP-9可能在RA患者诊断治疗中具有一定价值。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the role of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Peripheral blood from 45 RA patients and 28 healthy individuals(HV)were collected to detect RF and hs-CRP by immunoturbidimetry,ESR by westergren methodand MMP-9 by ELISA.The correlation was analysed between MMP-9 and RF,ESR orhs-CRP,respectively,by pearson correlation analysis.Results Levelsof RF,ESR,hs-CRP and MMP-9 were significantly higher in RA patients than HVgroup(t=3.93~5.96,P<0.001),respectively.RF high titer patients or patients with a high inflammation response showed a higher MMP-9 levels than theRF low titer or slight inflammation patients(P<0.05).MMP-9 was positively correlated to RF,ESR and hs-CRP in RA patients(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion MMP-9 maybe a sensitive tool in the diagnosis and management of RA patients.
