摘要:
目的 探讨血清miR-765与CA153联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 收集乳腺癌患者58例,乳腺良性疾病患者28例及体检健康者30例,应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测血清miR-765的表达水平,受试者工作特征曲线分析单一和联合检测对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果 乳腺癌患者血清miR-765相对表达量均显著低于乳腺良性疾病患者和健康对照者(F=35.97,均P<0.01); 单独检测miR-765的ROC曲线下AUC为0.843(95%CI:0.767~0.919),灵敏度为87.9%,特异度为81.0%; miR-765与CA153联合检测的ROC曲线下AUC为0.903(95%CI:0.844~0.962),灵敏度为89.7%,特异度为86.2%; CA153<25U/ml的乳腺癌患者血清miR-765的ROC曲线下AUC为0.840(95%CI:0.746~0.934),灵敏度为87.5%,特异度为82.4%。结论 miR-765对乳腺癌的诊断具有一定价值,与CA153联合检测可为临床提供一种潜在的辅助方法。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic valueof serum miR-765 and CA153 in patients with breast cancer.Methods58 cases of patients with breast cancer,28 cases of patients with benign breast disease and 30 cases of healthy individuals were collected.The level of serum miR-765 was determined by real-time fluorescence quantitation polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Receiveroperating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnosis value of single and combined detection in breast cancer.Results The relative expression levels of miR-765 inbreast carcinoma patients were significantly lower than those in benign breastdisease and healthy controls(F=35.97,all P<0.01).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis of serum miR-765 for the diagnosis ofbreast cancer yielded AUC of 0.843(95%CI:0.767~0.919)with 87.9% sensitivity and 81.0% specificity.The ROC curve analysis of combined miR-765 and CA153 for breast cancer detection yielded AUC of 0.903(95%CI:0.844~0.962)with89.7% sensitivity and 86.2% specificity.The ROC curve analysis of serum miR-765 as biomarkers for the group(CA153<25 U/ml)of breast cancer yielded AUCof 0.840(95%CI:0.746~0.934)with 87.5% sensitivity and 82.4% specificity.Conclusion miR-765 showed that it would has certain diagnostic value for breast cancer,and combined with CA153,miR-765 may providea potential assistant diagnostic method.
