摘要:
目的 了解广州地区女性患者沙眼衣原体(CT)、淋病奈瑟菌(NG)、生殖支原体(MG)及解脲脲原体(UU)的感染现状,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法 收集2017年1月~2018年12月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心就诊的女性患者宫颈分泌物或尿液标本共2 388份,采用实时荧光核酸等温扩增检测技术(SAT)对以上标本分别进行CT-RNA,NG-RNA,MG-RNA和UU-RNA检测。结果 女性患者CT,UU,NG和MG总阳性率分别为6.57%(157/2 388),53.73%(1 283/2 388),0.63%(15/2388)和1.38%(33/2 388),UU 检出率显著高于其他三种病原体,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3561.6,P<0.01)。排在前三位的感染类型分别为:单独UU感染,CT+UU混合感染和单独CT感染,分别占85.51%,8.03%和2.93%。感染人群主要集中在21~30岁年轻女性,临床诊断为泌尿生殖道炎症的女性患者检出率最高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=173.2,P<0.01)。结论 UU是广州地区女性主要的流行病种,在临床诊疗中应重视常见病原体的混合感染,加强育龄期女性的早期筛查和监测。SAT检测能为临床诊断CT,NG,MG和UU感染提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the Guangzhou area infection status of Chlamydia trachoma(CT),Neisseria gonorrhoeas(NG),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and Mycoplasma genitalium(MG)in women patients so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 2 388 samples of cervical secretions or urine specimen were collected from the female patients attending the outpatient department ofGuangzhou Women and Children's Medical Centre from January 2017 to December 2018.The Simultaneous Amplification and Testing(SAT)was used to detect the fourspecies of CT-RNA,NG-RNA,MG-RNA and UU-RNA respectively.Results The positive rates of CT,UU,NG and MG were 6.57%,53.73%,0.63% and 1.38% respectively.The detection rate of UU was significantly higher than the other three pathogens,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3 561.6,P<0.01).The first three top types of infection were the single UU infection(85.51%),then the CT plus UU infection(8.03%)and the single CT(2.93%).Infected people were mainly concentrated in the 20~30 years young women.The positive rate of genitourinary tract inflammation in clinical diagnosis was the highest.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=173.2,P<0.01).Conclusion UU was a major epidemic of female patients in Guangzhou Area,should attach great importance to themixed infection of common pathogens in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and strengthen early screening and monitoring for the childbearing-age women.The SATmethod can provides the basis for clinical diagnosis of CT,NG,MG and UU infection.
