摘要:
目的　了解河北地区丙肝感染患者丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）基因型分布情况、感染途径、基因亚型与性别、年龄的关系，并与其他省份的 HCV 基因型分布模式进行比较。方法　收集 284 例 HCV 感染患者血清样本，对其进行HCV-RNA 定量检测和 HCV 基因分型检测。结果　在 284 例临床样本中共检测出 4 种基因型（1~3 和 6）和 5 种亚型，分别是 1b 型（n=191，67.25%）、2a 型（n=90，31.69%）、3a 型（n=1，0.35%）、3b 型（n=1，0.35%）和 6a 型（n=1，0.35%），未发现亚型混合感染。结论　河北地区 HCV 感染基因型以 1b 型为主，其次为 2a 型。HCV 感染率随年龄的变化呈现不同的变化，50~59 岁年龄组的感染者人数最多，且女性感染者的数量显著高于男性（P<0.05）。经文献比较发现，河北省虽然地处华北地区，但其 HCV 基因型分布模式与中国东北地区相似。
