摘要:
目的 为了及时准确地检测细菌的耐药性,该文将肠球菌耐药性研究中的分子生物学方法进行综述。方法 对近年来肠球菌耐药性研究的相关文献进行整理、分析与归纳。结果 一些方法比较常见,如PCR,PFGE,MSLT和Southern杂交等,而一些方法如焦磷酸测序和基因芯片技术,目前在细菌耐药机制研究中的应用并不广泛,属于交叉学科,但是稍加利用会有一定的发展前景。结论 任何一个方法都有优点,也存在一些局限性,应取长补短,发挥每种方法的最大优势。
Abstract:
Objective This article aims to provide mechanisms and recent developments of molecular biology pertaining to resistance of Enterococci,providing rapid approaches for detecting resistant strains.Methods This article reviewed recent literatures on resistanceof Enterococci and a systemic analysis was conducted.ResultsCommon detecting methods include polymerase chain reaction(PCR),pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE),multilocus sequence typing(MLST)and Southern blot.There also exist less widely-used methods such as pyrosequencing andgenechip technique,which may prove efficient in some aspects.Conclusion Every method has its advantages and disadvantages.This article discussed how to utilize these methods to achieve their maximum capabilities.
