摘要:
目的 探讨PDCA循环法在区域临床检验中心检验报告召回率持续改进中的应用效果。方法 统计实施PDCA循环质量管理前区域临床检验中心的检验报告召回率,分析检验报告审核后召回修改的原因。制定针对性整改措施及整改目标,进行PDCA循环式持续改进,并逐季度监测实施PDCA循环质量管理后的检验报告召回率。结果 应用PDCA循环法进行持续改进后,区域性临床检验中心的检验报告召回率降低至0.20%以下,检验报告质量较持续改进前显著提高。结论 PDCA循环法可有效地降低检验报告召回率,确保区域临床检验中心检验报告的质量提升。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect ofPDCA cycle method in the continuous improvement of recall rate in report of regional clinical laboratory center.Methods Did statistics of the recall rate in report of regional clinical laboratory center before the implementation of PDCA cycle quality management,and analysed the reasons for recall revision after the audit of the report.Drew up targeted corrective measuresand rectification objectives,and made PDCA circulative continuous improvement,and quarterly monitored the recall rate of report after the implementation of PDCA quality management.Results After continuous improvement with the PDCA cycle,the recall rate in report of the regional clinical laboratory center was reduced to below 0.20%.The quality of the inspection report was significantly improved after the continuous improvement,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can effectively reduce the recall rate in report of the regional clinicallaboratory center and ensure the quality improvement of the inspection report.
