摘要:
目的 为避免结果错误,保证结果准确性和及时性,建立了基于临床免疫学检测项目的自动审核系统。方法 依托实验室信息管理系统(LIS)建立可发现潜在的人为错误、钩状效应和室内质控失控等情况的自动审核规则,规则被判断后会发出提示反馈,待报告中所有规则均通过校验且已设置启用自动审核功能,系统将自动审核并发放报告。在自动审核使用前、使用中和使用后需分别进行规则正确性、完整性和阈值适用性评估,据此判断规则是否保留、修改或删除。结果 建立自动审核规则532条,通过半年的实施,自动审核通过率由最初的5.10%达到目前的67.96%,节约报告审核人员3人; 报告总缺陷率由自动审核启用前的0.25/万降至自动审核启用后的0.11/万,结果报告缺陷和患者信息错误发生率均明显改善。结论 通过自动审核的运用,报告单审核效率提升20倍、总缺陷率降低56%,审核效率和质量均得到有效提高。
