摘要:
目的 目前临床用血比较紧缺,如何科学合理地用血,让真正需要用血的患者能够及时、准确用血是许多医院需要解决的难题。科学指导成分输血,优化输血方案既可保障输血安全、有效,也可缓解供血压力。目前血栓弹力图(thromboelastogram, TEG)可对凝血全过程进行全面评估,为指导成分输血,节约有限的血液资源提供了新的途径。现就TEG在指导临床合理用血的应用现状做一综述,为临床制定输血方案提供理论依据。
