摘要:
目的 通过单组率的 Meta分析,探索早期流产绒毛样本染色体异常发生情况。方法 以自然流产、高通量测序技术等为检索词在 CNKI,Pubmed等相关中英文数据库等进行检索,筛选纳入高通量测序技术检测孕早期自然流产绒毛样本染色体异常发生情况的文献,采用 Revman 4.3软件进行荟萃分析。结果 该研究共纳入 12篇文献, 723例样本。Meta分析结果显示:在 723例孕早期流产绒毛样本中,染色体异常共计 477例,总体异常率为 68%(0.58~0.76),染色体数目异常率为 50%(0.43~0.57),染色体微缺失 /微重复异常率为 16%(0.09~0.24)。结论 高通量测序可以作为检测孕早期绒毛样本染色体异常的重要手段,染色体异常是孕早期自然流产的重要原因。
