摘要:
目的 评价Geno-type MTBDRplus 分子线性探针杂交技术显色法(以下简称杂交酶显色法)在结核病快速诊断及检测异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RIF)药物敏感中的应用。方法 选取2016 年1 月~2019 年12 月的临床确诊结核病患者的临床标本413 例,同时采用BD 960 液体培养法和杂交酶显色法进行结核分枝杆菌检测,并对其中108 株菌株进行异烟肼和利福平药敏检测,比较两种方法的一致性。结果 杂交酶显色法测得结核分枝杆菌358 例(86.68%),BD 960 液体培养法测得结核分枝杆菌376 例(91.04%);两种方法结果相符349 例(84.50%)。108 株菌株中杂交酶显色法和BD 960 液体培养法分别检出异烟肼敏感87 株(80.56%)和88 株(81.48%),检出利福平敏感96 株(88.89%)和94 株(87.04%)。两种方法对结核分枝杆菌的鉴定及异烟肼、利福平药物敏感检测具有高度一致性。结论 与BD960 液体培养法相比,杂交酶显色法检测结核分枝杆菌及异烟肼和利福平药敏更为快速有效。
