摘要:
目的　探讨西安地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染及分型状况，为临床方案制定提供理论依据。方法　选取 2020年 10 月~2021 年 3 月在陕西省人民医院进行体检的1 035 例受试者作为研究对象，采用免疫印迹法检测 Hp 抗体及分型。比较不同性别及年龄Hp 感染的情况。结果　1 035 例研究对象按照Hp 抗体分型检测结果分为Hp Ⅰ型感染组、Hp Ⅱ型感染组和对照组。Hp 总感染率为54.10%，其中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型感染率分别为30.43% 和23.67%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=0.982，P<0.05）；男性和女性总感染率分别为52.38% 和55.88%，两者差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.278，P>0.05）。男性Ⅰ型感染率高于Ⅱ型（31.43% vs 20.95%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=0.992，P<0.05）, 女性Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型感染率分别为29.41% 和26.47%，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.587，P>0.05）。按不同年龄段分组分析：18 岁以下，31~40 岁和41~50 岁Ⅰ型感染率高于Ⅱ型，差异均有统计学意义（χ2=13.445，5.000 和4.462，均P<0.05），18~30 岁和≥ 50 岁组Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型感染率差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.019，3.452，2.693 和3.167，均P>0.05）。结论　西安地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染率较高，以Ⅰ型为主，尤其是男性患者，且年龄小于18 岁及30~50 岁患者更易感，Hp 抗体分型为临床制定治疗方案提供理论依据。
