摘要:
目的 初步建立西安地区健康人群同型半胱氨酸(HCY)参考区间,为西安地区心血管疾病的预防提供理论依据。方法 选择2015年4月～12月西安地区健康体检者310例,用酶循环法检测血清HCY,作统计学分析。结果 在健康成人中HCY水平男性明显高于女性,其参考区间为:男性0～16.35 μmol/L、女性0～12.89 μmol/L。结论 初步建立了西安地区健康人群血清HCY参考区间,可为西安地区心脑血管疾病的诊疗、预后起到帮助作用。
Abstract:
Objective To establish the clinical reference of serum homocysteine in Xi'an region.Methods 310 casesof serum of healthy persons were collected to test the homocysteine concentrations using Enzyme circulation method.Results Healthy adultmale homocysteine value was significantly higher than female and its referencerange was:men 0～16.35 μmol/L and women 0～12.89 μmol/L.Conclusion Have established the healthy crowd in Xi'an region serum HCYreference for the region's heart cerebrovascular disease treatment and prognosis.
