摘要:
目的 探讨上海地区 14~92 岁健康人群静脉血 8 项血细胞主要参数的参考区间。方法 用 Sysmex XE-2100 血细胞分析仪,对 2016 年 1 月 1 日 ~2019 年 9 月 30 日期间,在上海市第六人民医院金山分院健康体检的 47 401 例人员(男性 29 202 例,女性 18 199 例)的静脉血进行血细胞检测,包括白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞比率、红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积和血小板计数。用 SPSS 26.0 软件进行统计学分析,用 K-S 检验进行正态性检验,用曼 - 惠特尼和斯皮尔曼检验进行组间数据分布比较差异性和相关性,各参数的分位数参考区间用非线性回归与 WS/T405-2012 的标准进行差异性比较。结果 各指标均为偏态分布(P<0.01);男性和女性的主要血细胞参数的数值分布差异有统计学意义(Z=2.13~154.5,P<0.05);除女性 RBC 外,其它参数的数值分布与年龄有相关性(R=0.025~0.382),其相关系数有统计学意义(均 P<0.01);红细胞指标用分位数(2.5%~97.5%)表示的参考区间与 WS/T405-2012 的标准比较差异较大。结论 血细胞参数的参考区间建立,应考虑地域、性别和年龄等因素的影响,该文中参考区间的回归方程为临床诊疗提供一些参考依据。
