摘要:
目的  探究女性生殖道解脲脲原体 (Ureaplasma urealyticum, UU) 和人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis, MH) 定 植与子宫肌瘤的关系。方法 选取安康市人民医院2016 年6 月~2017 年6 月确诊的68 例子宫肌瘤患者为病例组,另 选取同期该院行健康体检的136 例女性志愿者为对照组。分别采集两组的阴道分泌物,采用PCR 方法检测两组的UU 和MH 的定植状况。采用logistic 回归进行多因素分析探究子宫肌瘤发生的危险因素。结果 病例组UU,MH 和两者 共同感染的感染率均显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=16.891~42.694,均P<0.01)。logistic 回归分析结果显示, 单纯感染MH,UU+MH 合并感染均是子宫肌瘤发生的危险因素( 均P < 0.05)。结论 单纯感染MH 和UU+MH 并发 感染会增加患子宫肌瘤的危险性,在临床实践中应引起重视。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH) transplanting in female reproductive tract and uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 68 patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids in Ankang People’s Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the case group, and 136 female volunteers who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The vaginal secretions of the two groups were collected, and the colonization status of UU and MH in the two groups was detected by PCR. Multivariate logistic regression was used to explore the risk factors for uterine fibroids. Results The infection rate of UU, MH and coinfection in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=16.891~42.694, all P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis results showed that simple MH infection, UU+MH co-infection were all risk factors for the occurrence of uterine fibroids (all P<0.05). Conclusion Simple infection with MH and UU+MH coinfection may increase the risk of uterine fibroids, which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
