摘要:
目的 探讨儿童慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP) 外周血 CD3+ T 细胞中活性氧 (reactive oxygen species, ROS) 含量及其与血小板的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法 随机收集 30 例慢性 ITP患儿外周血为试验组,30 例健康儿童外周血为对照组,用流式细胞术检测外周血 CD3 + T 细胞和 ROS 平均荧光强度,进行统计学分析。结果 试验组CD3 + T细胞ROS平均荧光强度(15.98±5.78)明显高于对照组ROS平均荧光强度(4.65±1.03),两组间 ROS 的差异有统计学意义(t=2.956,P < 0.05);试验组 CD3 + T 细胞 ROS 与血小板成负性相关关系。结论 慢性ITP 患儿外周血 CD3 + T 细胞的 ROS 明显高于对照组,说明 ROS 可以为儿童慢性 ITP 的诊断及治疗提供一定的参考依据。
