摘要:
目的探讨哮喘患儿血清白介素与免疫球蛋白检测的临床意义。方法选取苏北人民医院2013年8月~2014年8月期间支气管哮喘住院患儿40例为研究对象,同时选取20例健康儿童为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验对血清白介素(IL)进行测定;采用全自动散射比浊法对体液免疫进行检测。结果支气管哮喘患儿的IL-4,IL-5和IL-6含量(39.26±8.34 pg/ml,98.73±17.96 ng/L和204.32±50.84 pg/ml)与正常对照组(9.87±1.85 pg/ml,21.23±5.05 ng/L和101.22±37.63 pg/ml)相比均明显增高(t分别为2.79,2.83和3.09;P值均<0.01);而IL-10(11.33±4.01 pg/ml)与正常对照组(21.79±7.68 pg/ml)相比明显降低。体液免疫中,IgE(237.40±32.91 g/L)与正常对照组(71.66±18.57 g/L)相比明显增高(t=3.14,P<0.01);IgG(7.01±1.97 g/L)与正常对照组(10.32±2.01 g/L)相比明显降低;IgA(0.86±0.24 g/L),IgM(2.83±0.41 g/L)与正常对照组(0.72±0.23 g/L和3.29±0.58 g/L)相比变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论哮喘患儿血清白介素与免疫球蛋白变化特点与病情相关,动态监测有助于支气管哮喘患儿临床诊断与治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum interleukin and immune globulin in children with asthma.MethodsFrom August 2014 to August 2013,40 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the research object,and 20 healthy children were selected as the control group.Serum interleukin (IL) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and immune globulin were measured by automatic scattering ratio turbidity method.ResultsThe bronchial asthma group’s interleukin,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-6 content (39.26±8.34 pg/ml,98.73±17.96 ng/L,204.32±50.84 pg/ml) were significantly higher than the control group (9.87±1.85 pg/ml,21.23±5.05 ng/L,101.22±37.63 pg/ml,t=2.79,2.83,3.09;P<0.01.IL-10 (11.33±4.01 pg/ml) was significantly lower than the control group (21.79±7.68 pg/ml).
